Position: Product Coordinator
Loction: Markham, ON Canada
Position Desctiption: This new position is a result of growth at Cyrod. The candidate will be responsible for global product management activities including pricing, quotations, supplier and partner interface as well as customer and field sales support. The successful candidate will typically handle multiple issues on a daily basis and become a central figure in the company’s order management process. They will be working with contact around the globe so the hours will fluctuate based on the business needs.
Requirements: This individual is a dynamic, intelligent self starter. Fluent in both Mandarin and English
this person will be able to deal effectively with customers and partners in both languages. Although a
technical diploma or degree is an asset, preference will be given to the candidate that best exhibits the
ability to learn, adapt and think on their feet. This is a demanding position with excellent growth
opportunities into either field sales or marketing depending on the individual’s career aspirations. If you

Position: Field Sales Engineer, Latin America
Location: TBD
Position Description: This new position is a result of growth at Cyrod. The candidate will report to the
Director of Sales in the Americas and be responsible for all sales activities in Latin America including setting and meeting design-win and revenue targets and growing customer relationships. The successful candidate will work with the inside sales and product management team to determine target pricing deliveries as well as coordinate engineering support for customer design activities. The compensation is based heavily on success but there are no caps and a very generous commission package.
Requirements: This individual is a dynamic, driven self starter who understands the sales cycle associated with semiconductors. They have been dealing with both engineering and purchasing teams at customers in the past and they understand the need to interface successfully with both. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in microcontrollers or semiconductors and speak either Spanish or
Portuguese however we are looking for people who can operate successfully in a small, fast moving company that does not have the typical corporate overhead structure and constraints. The successful
candidate will run their territory and determine where they spend their time and effort. Results are everything, reports and internal meetings a distant second.
